🫀 Bonus game

Bonus game

Organs are falling. Stack them neatly, fill whole rows and send each patient home. It gets faster every level, and every level brings a new organ fact.

← → move · ↑ / X rotate · Z rotate back · ↓ soft drop · Space hard drop · C hold · P pause

How it works
  • Organs fall into the 10 × 20 board. Move and rotate them as they fall.
  • Fill a whole row and it clears. Four rows at once is a transplant, worth the most.
  • Hold tucks an organ away for later (once per drop). The faint outline shows where it will land.
  • Combos: clear rows on back-to-back drops for a code blue combo bonus. A cleared row made of one organ type is a perfect match, like a matched donor: triple points.
  • Every 10 rows: level up, faster drops and a new organ fact.
  • Sound: soft monitor beeps (and a buzz on phones). Tap 🔊 in the game bar to mute.
  • Daily challenge: everyone gets the same organs in the same order (new each midnight, Sydney time). Your first go each day is scored; replays are practice.
  • On a phone, use the buttons under the board, or swipe the board: drag to move, tap to rotate, flick down to drop.
